These terms govern use of the Flagler Jet website and the brokerage services we provide. Flight-specific terms, direct-air-carrier conditions, cancellation rules, payment obligations and other material terms will be provided in the applicable quote, confirmation or charter agreement.

Flagler Jet does not operate aircraft. Flights are performed by third-party direct air carriers that retain operational control. Website information, aircraft descriptions, availability, estimated times and pricing may change and remain subject to confirmation.

Users are responsible for providing accurate itinerary and passenger information. Additional terms may apply to international travel, pets, special baggage, catering, ground transportation, weather diversions, deicing and other trip-specific requirements.
