AIR CHARTER BROKER DISCLOSURE

Flagler Jet is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. Flagler Jet does not own or operate aircraft and does not exercise operational control over flights. Air transportation arranged through Flagler Jet is provided by properly licensed direct air carriers or direct foreign air carriers that retain operational control.

Aircraft availability, pricing, routing, schedules, cabin configurations, photographs and specifications remain subject to operator confirmation. Empty-leg flights depend on the operating aircraft’s primary schedule and may be modified or cancelled.

The operating carrier and Flagler Jet’s role in the transaction will be identified before the charter contract is completed. Flight-specific terms, payment requirements, cancellation provisions and operator conditions apply.
